RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely pleased with your order, you can return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@konfettiboutik.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an authorization will not be accepted. 

Custom orders, opened, used, clearance/final sale items, and seasonal/holiday products cannot be returned. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be credited to the original method of payments within 1-3 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

**Due to the current pandemic, we currently do not accept any returns. We appreciate your understanding.
